Patient Access Representative (Nights)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Patient Access Representative (PAR) to enhance our exceptional service.
Position Overview:
As a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and guests, greeting them in a friendly and courteous manner. Your role will involve managing the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in obtaining essential patient demographic information, financial information, and insurance details. You will also be responsible for securing necessary signatures and collecting co-pays. Maintaining a neat, professional appearance and an organized work area is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and guests warmly and professionally.
- Conduct patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Gather and verify accurate patient demographic, financial, and insurance information.
- Obtain necessary signatures and collect co-payments as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 consecutive years of previous medical registration experience in an emergency department setting is preferred.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records is a plus.

We seek a reliable Radiology Technologist responsible for assessing patients and safely performing routine radiographic procedures per prescribed safety procedures and protocols. The technologist has certification in Radiography, has been trained successfully, is registered in the additional modality, and performs the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities such as X-Ray, MRI, CT, and PET scans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide high-quality imaging services.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in the field of radiology.

Position Overview:

Our mission is to provide the residents of Bellevue, and its surrounding communities, with access to concierge-level emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Frustrated by the current state of emergency care, our founding physicians sought to solve the issues that are typical of large, congested hospitals. We seek an energetic, passionate, client-driven ER Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care in the emergency care setting, including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. In the Registered Nurse’s professional practice, they are responsible for participating in and maintaining quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care / Testing: Provides patient care to all ages safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Ability to perform head-to-toe assessments and psych-social assessments on all patients and perform reassessments as per departmental policy—the ability to prioritize needs based on assessments. Accurately assigns the five (5) level triage categories to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.
- Supervision: Supervise ER Techs, Radiology/CT Techs, and other support personnel assigned to the Emergency Department. Medication: Maintains current knowledge of drugs and uses the five (5) rights of medication administration.
- Communication: Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and other departmental personnel courteously and professionally.
- Cleanliness: Maintains a clean working environment.
- Staff Development: Maintains current licensure. Participates in continuing education through training and educational programs. The Registered Nurse will participate in monthly staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
- Performs other duties, tasks, and projects as management assigns.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room or Critical Care experience.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners for their state.
